1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and PinkMirror (“PinkMirror”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account, uploading an image or otherwise using pinkmirror.com (the “Site” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who May Use PinkMirror

• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the authority to enter into these Terms and grant the licences described below.

3. Trial, Subscriptions & Billing

1. Trial (“Member’s Circle”) – A limited-feature trial lets you evaluate PinkMirror before paying.
2. Subscriptions – Continued access after the trial requires a paid, auto-renewing plan.
3. Billing cycle – Fees (plus applicable taxes) are charged automatically at the start of each cycle to your saved payment method.
4. Price changes – We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any increase.
5. Cancellation – Cancel anytime in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current cycle.

5. Uploading Images & Intellectual-Property Rights

• Your rights – You retain ownership of images you upload.
• Our licence – You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and use your content solely to operate and improve the Service. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account (allowing a reasonable backup-removal period).
• DMCA – Copyright complaints may be sent to pinkmirror.com/contact-us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, discriminatory or infringing content;
• Violate privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• Use PinkMirror for medical diagnosis or to dispense clinical advice;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service;
• Sell or sublicense access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. No Medical or Professional Advice

PinkMirror provides automated facial-aesthetics analysis, not medical or dermatological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health decisions.

The Facial-Analysis Report offers general information and discussion based on peer-reviewed scientific publications (searchable via Scholar Google). While these studies identify statistical “harmonies” in facial proportions, they may reflect cultural or ethnic biases outside PinkMirror’s control. Beauty comes in many forms: our algorithms simply highlight potential strengths and improvement areas to support self-confidence. The Report is not a clinical diagnosis and should be interpreted with the above medical disclaimer in mind.

9. Service Availability & Changes

The Service is provided “as-is”. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued at any time without liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Termination

You may stop using PinkMirror at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms. Clauses that naturally survive termination (e.g., licences, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or on-site notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

13. Third-Party Rights

No person other than PinkMirror and you can enforce these Terms.
