6. Look surprised

Open your eyes and mouth wide at the same time. Raise your eyebrows as high as you can. Count till 10 and then close your mouth and blink your eyes. Repeat 5 times. This exercise works better if you are facing a mirror because then you can see how you look surprised.

12. Breathe in and out

Inhale deeply by breathing in through your mouth and feel your cheeks being sucked in. Close your mouth while keeping your cheeks sucked in and count till 10 before exhaling through your mouth. Repeat 10 times daily.
